You live for great content. Your caption game is strong. Memes are your first language, and you cringe at some brands’ half-assed attempt to connect with you with irrelevant hashtags - because you know you can do better than them.

Are you a seasoned social media user who knows when to post, what caption to write, and who to follow? The social media team is an equal mash-up of creative copywriting and visuals. Being part of the team also means you’re staying up to date with the current trends and know how to capitalise on them.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers in several new projects.

  • Create, curate, proofread and manage all published content.

  • Monitor, listen and respond to users and community in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

  • Manage social media pages and responsible for social media page growth.

  • Conduct market research and analyse social media trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

  • Generate monthly social media reports.

  • Assist in third party vendors research, communication and collaboration, such as publishers, printers, marketing agencies etc if any.

  • Perform ad hoc duties related to marketing when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong copywriting, proofreading skills (please provide portfolio)

  • Previous experience in managing successful social media accounts

  • Professional-level verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Good understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube, TikTok etc.

  • Creative thinking, staying up-to-date with latest trends

  • Excellent social media skills in regards to ability to create catchy, stylish posts that attract attention, shares and likes

  • Ability to work in a confidential environment

  • Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment

  • A strong visual sense. Experience in picture research and image editing skills such as Adobe Suite is a plus
