Dato' Sri Samuel Chai brings with him over 16 years of experience in finance, commodities trading, and private equity investments, as well as a strong background in government relations, investment strategy, and management consulting. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, providing strategic and growth direction for the company.

Dato' Sri Samuel has held senior executive positions in several multinational corporations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has served as Chief Investment Officer in a Hong Kong-based Multi-Family Office and Chief of Protocol and Diplomatic Relations in a Single-Family Office.

In addition to developing and implementing commercial strategies, Dato' Sri Samuel works to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and government entities.

Datin Sri Lynnette Yeo brings 14 years of experience in business strategy development and managing relationships, having previously held key regional positions in multinational companies across various industries in the Asia Pacific region. She started her career as a leading banker at DBS Bank Limited.

Prior to joining Universal Therapeutics, Datin Sri Lynnette was an investor and entrepreneur in the primary healthcare industry, where she developed, implemented, and oversaw business development strategies for medical clinics. She later took a career sabbatical to pursue specialized certifications in wine, earning top honors in the Certified Wine Specialist (CSW) and French Wine Specialist (FWS) programs.

At Universal Therapeutics, Datin Sri Lynnette is responsible for overseeing brand development, and playing a key role in the company's overall corporate strategic plans for growth and expansion, locally and internationally.
