About You

As an Administrative Executive at Universal Therapeutics, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, handling administrative paperwork, organising documentations, collecting, and processing incoming mail, coordinating courier services, and providing support in various general administrative tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Office Supplies Management:

•            Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

•            Collaborate with vendors to procure office essentials at competitive rates.


Administrative Paperwork:

•            Assist in the completion of administrative paperwork, including but not limited to forms,

reports, and documentation.

•            Maintain accurate and organised records of all administrative materials.

Filing of Documentations:

•            Establish and maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.

•            Regularly audit and update filing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

                  

Mail Handling:

•            Collect letters from the letterbox and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.

•            Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and ensure timely processing.

 

Courier Services:

•            Coordinate courier services for packages, documents, and other materials.

•            Track and ensure the safe and timely delivery of items through various courier providers.

 

General Administrative Support:

•            Assist in various general administrative tasks as needed.

•            Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.


Qualifications and abilities:

•            Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.

•            Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

•            Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

•            Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

•            Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•            Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
